These Terms & Conditions apply to quote requests, promotional product sourcing, design support, and related services provided by O2 Marketing House. By submitting a quote request or using this website, you agree to these terms and the privacy notice below.
1. Quotes and Availability
A quote request is not a purchase order or a binding contract. Pricing, product availability, decoration methods, production timelines, shipping costs, and taxes remain subject to supplier confirmation and O2 Marketing House’s written approval.
2. Artwork and Intellectual Property
You confirm that you own, control, or have permission to use every logo, design, trademark, image, and other file you provide. You remain responsible for the accuracy and legal use of submitted artwork. O2 Marketing House may request production-ready files or clarification before preparing a proof.
3. Proofs, Production, and Changes
Digital proofs are provided for review when applicable. Production begins only after the required written approval and payment arrangements are confirmed. Changes requested after approval may affect pricing, production time, or delivery dates.
4. Orders, Payment, and Delivery
Payment terms, delivery estimates, shipping details, and cancellation terms are confirmed for each approved order. Supplier lead times and carrier delivery schedules are estimates and can change because of inventory, freight, weather, customs, or other events outside O2 Marketing House’s control.
5. Privacy Notice
We collect the contact details, company information, product preferences, quote details, messages, and artwork that you provide. We use this information to prepare quotes, communicate with you, provide requested services, manage orders, improve operations, and meet legal or accounting obligations.
We share information only with service providers, suppliers, decorators, carriers, and professional advisers when necessary to provide the requested service or comply with applicable requirements. We do not sell personal information. Optional marketing communications are sent only when you actively opt in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
6. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect quote information and artwork. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Please do not submit highly sensitive personal information through the quote form.
